Unionfoam 6000 is a HFC-141b system, designed for spray applications. When the polyol reacts with isocyanate, foam with good characteristics as uniform and fine, low thermal conductivity, smooth surface, high utilization rate, excellent dimensional stability, etc.Widely applied in insulation for building exterior wall, cold room, building roof, granary, tank, etc. The polyol contains all additives including blowing agent HFC-141b, Fire retardant (B2 grade).

Package

220 liter iron drums, margin of error: ±1kg/drum

Storage

Hygroscopic. Use dry nitrogen or low dew point air for tank padding. Keep drums tightly closed to prevent contamination. Store at 15~25℃. Observe all federal, state

and local regulations when storing this substance. Store away from incompatible substances.

Shelf Life

Under recommended storage conditions, the shelf life of SP1 is 12 months. If the production is overdue, but it’s main physical and chemical properties in the guide line, may not effect on its using properties.

Safety

Most polyol generally present no significant hazard in use when simple precautions are followed. No special ventilation is recommended under anticipate conditions of normal use beyond that needed for normal comfort control. Eye protection such as chemical splash goggles and / or face shield must be worn when possibility exists for eye  contact due to splashing or spraying liquid, airborne particles, or vapor. Contact lenses must not be worn. Emergency eye wash: Emergency eye wash fountains and safety showers should be available in the immediate vicinity of any potential exposure. Not normally considered a skin hazard. Where use can result in skin contact, practice good personal hygiene. Wash hands and other exposed areas with mild soap and water before eating, drinking, smoking and when leaving work.
